Level 3 (Territorial)

This page will provide information about training and rating requirements and opportunities for those Level 2 umpires who wish to progress to Level 3, formerly known as Territorial level, and existing Territorials who need to renew their qualification at Level 3.

Your Territorial rating will expire on the date stated on the Current Umpires List unless before then you have renewed it by being field tested and passed by two Approved Testers (who must be at least National or Level 4 Umpires themselves) during a suitable game of not less than 50 minutes' duration. If you wish to be tested at a game other than within a Territorial or U19 Counties tournament, you should contact the R&U well in advance to enquire whether your proposed game is acceptable as a rating opportunity.
